Meet Our Founder: Moni Oloyede

Founder & CEO

With 15+ years of business experience, Moni Oloyede is a driving force in marketing and business operations. As a thought leader, Moni has appeared on podcasts and renowned conferences all over the world. Holding a Master's in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins, Carey Business School, her passion extends to mentoring business professionals, and community involvement. Her vision is to inspire the next generation to create a positive impact in the world through teaching the power of human connection. 

Mentor & Educator

Moni doesn't just teach marketing. She works alongside business owners where real decisions are being made.

She mentors founders and early-stage businesses through programs like Maryland Innovation Center and TEDCO and FounderTrac, helping them think clearly about their market, their message, and how to grow without losing integrity.


She also teaches marketing education through trusted community institutions, including Baltimore County Public Library, College of Southern Maryland, and the Small Business Development Center of Maryland and many more!


Her focus is helping business owners understand why marketing works, not just what to do, so they can make confident decisions long after the workshop or session ends.
